Mavis B. Madu is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Management Sciences, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and a committed Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration. She possesses both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Public Administration. She is an active member of prestigious professional organizations, including the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM), and the Association of Public Administration Researchers (ASPAR).
Mavis is certified in management, project management, and IT systems from distinguished institutions in Nigeria with UK affiliations. She has made significant contributions to both local and international journals.
