Timothy O. ISHOLA (Ph.D.) is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Economy in the Faculty of Management Sciences of the National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. A born again, Bible standard living, end – time believer, Ishola earned his first and second degrees from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. The award of Ph.D. with specialty in Entrepreneurship was from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria. A Lecturer all his life, Ishola is a tasty synthesizer of opinions, Consultant, Industrial Relations Practitioner, Writer with very strong and exciting stamina of the spirit having international acclaimed publications in his stable. First elected Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, National Open University Nigeria (NOUN; 2016 – 2018), Ishola was also the Director in two different study centres of NOUN (2020 – 2024). He served over years on several important Committees of the University including the Academic Brief committee that produced NOUN most important document – the Academic Brief. As part of his community service, Ishola has served in different capacities such as Grade – 1 Referee, of the Nigeria Football Referee Society, Lagos state Association; Assistant Training Officer of Lagos state Football Referee Association (LRA; 2005 -2007); Chairman, Community Development Association in Agboyi Ketu LCDA of Lagos state (2012 -2016). Currently, he’s an Area Overseer Pastor of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) in Lagos State. Ishola is presently the Chairman, NOUN Academic staff Union (NACASU). His expertise is in Entrepreneurship, Research, Mentoring, Leadership and Human Capital Development.
