I welcome you to this treasure of handbook and as you settle down explore to experience its values in the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies – the cash cow Faculty of the National Open University of Nigeria confirmed by formal Vice-Chancellor. The National Open University of Nigeria is an ODL institution renowned for providing functional, flexible, accessible, cost-effective education adequate for flourishing in the 21st century and beyond. Right from our first inception in July 1983, the mandate of the NOUN remained to deliver university education at the doorstep delivers practitioner-oriented undergraduate and graduate programmes and to meet the needs of a diverse and geographically dispersed student population of every interested Nigerian and West African.
