Career Profile

Okoliko Emmanuel Ojonugwa’s career journey has been characterized by a steady progression through various academic and administrative roles at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He began his professional path as an Administrative Officer at the Olusegun Obasanjo Centre for African Studies, where he worked from June 2019 to December 2021. During this time, he also took on the role of Administrative Officer I, eventually becoming an Assistant Registrar.

In June 2022, Okoliko transitioned into academia, assuming the position of Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at NOUN. His teaching portfolio includes courses in business, marketing, and management information systems, reflecting his expertise in these areas. Concurrently, he has pursued further education, currently working towards a PhD in Human Resources Management while holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Okoliko Emmanuel Ojonugwa has accumulated extensive experience in both academic and administrative roles. He currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), where he teaches courses such as Introduction to Business, Marketing for Cooperatives, and Management Information Systems. His teaching experience also includes online facilitation and the supervision of undergraduate research projects.

Before his academic role, Okoliko held various administrative positions at NOUN, including Assistant Registrar and Administrative Officer I at the Olusegun Obasanjo Centre for African Studies. His responsibilities in these roles involved managing academic processes, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting faculty activities.

In addition to his teaching and administrative duties, Okoliko has been actively involved in research and professional development, presenting papers at conferences and publishing in academic journals. His practical experience extends to roles in media and public affairs, where he has worked as a Public Affairs Analyst with various broadcasting networks.

Okoliko Emmanuel Ojonugwa’s research interests encompass several key areas within business administration and management.
