Career Profile

Chidiebere, Nancy Ugochi is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration as well as Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Production/Operations Management both from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration in the Department of Business Administration, National Open University of Nigeria. From 2007 when she joined the service of the University, she has assumed various administrative positions and rendered administrative support as well as several community service roles, until January 2023 when she got converted to academic cadre. She teaches Production Management and Consumer Behaviour, both at 300 Levels. She has a great interest in research, especially in the area of quality management. She is presently the staff in-charge of course material development and review in her department.
