Career Profile
Dr, Olufemi Babatunde Epebinu, a self-motivated, evidence-driven academic with PhD in Management Science from, The Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. He had his background in Accountancy with HND from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo and observed the National Youth Service Corps in Jigawa State. He began his career as channel manager sales, with TELL Communications Ltd, publishers of TELL Magazine. In his quest for advancement, he went further to earn his first and second degrees in Achievers University Owo and National Open University of Nigeria, both in Business Administration respectively.
Prior to joining the academia, he worked as an Admin officer in Federal College of Agriculture Akure. He began his academic career with Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, where he taught courses in Business Administration and expressed his leadership capacity as the departmental staff adviser to all students for four years. In his quest for further development, he transferred his services to National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja, where he lectures, supervises graduate students and conduct research in human resource management. His research covers a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on HRM, e-HRM, deploying digital technologies to enhance employees performance, innovation and overall organisational performance. He has published several refereed papers, in both local and international journals. His current works includes the assessment of artificial intelligence (AI) on HR efficiency.
He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); ISPIM: International Society for Professional Innovation Management and West Africa Research and Innovation Management Association.
