SAMAILA MANDE is a Professor of Marketing and Communications at the Department of Business Administration, of the National Open University of Nigeria. A graduate of Marketing Samaila also studied M.Sc. Mass Communication from BSU Markudi. He holds a PGDDE from NOUN. Samaila earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, MSc and MBA Degrees in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, and PhD in Business Administration from Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State, Nigeria. A Resource Person with the Sustainable Procurement Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement Centre of Excellence (SPESSECE) a World Bank Centre of Excellence in Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is an External Examiner at the University of Maiduguri, Department of Marketing, Babcock University, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (Business School), and University of Abuja Business School. He is a Visiting Professor in Marketing at the Airforce Institute of Technology (AFIT), a Visiting Professor at the Department of Marketing Nasarawa State University Keffi and an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Advertising & Public Relations.
